Getting a little personal...
I'm really bad at advertising myself because
I don't really identify myself by hobbies or, "my favorites." I just kind of love everything. I love sunrises
as much as sunsets, the mountains as much as the sea, and rock as much as classical. I love playing football as much
as gardening and I love reading as much as I love movies. So instead of telling you about myself, I'm just going to
tell you of myself.
I'm the rose amist the thorns, as those who
know me would say. The middle (and olny) girl inbetween four boys, I have somehow managed to maintain a trace of
feminity (or so I like to belive) throughout a childhood filled with Ninja Turtles, stitches, and Nerf wars. And all
in a house with only one bathroom! How many chicks do you know that could pull that one off?
My mother's like the Eddie Murrphy in my
life, she plays all the main characters. Shes my mother, my father, my sister and my best friend. At times she
also plays the villian (but always turns out to be the hero in the end). My dad is uh,
married to my mom! He likes to fish and complain about the size of his televison.
I'm school I'm studying massage and psychology,
and doing a lot of the gen. ed. stuff. I also work at Mudhouse, which is way cooler then jumping out ofplanes.
I've never jumped out of a plane before, but I know what it must feel like-I roll down steep hills belly-down on my brothers
skateboard for a rush. Yeah. Don't belive me? Ask the guy with the BMW. He'll tell you -- once
his jaw heals up.
Nature- now there's a sum of my list of favorites.
Anything outdoors, fishing, running, reading, building, sleeping, working-anything. Just put me outside and I'll
be in my element. I sleep in my tent all summer, and would during the winter if the county didn't accuse my parents
of child abuse duing a snowstorm one winter when I was 14. It was hysterical watching the expressions on the officers
as I told them that I wanted to sleep outside, and I did double chores that day so that my mom would let me. They were
in shock!
I love rivers, mountains, lakes, sky, medows, forests, creeks, feilds, oceans, plains. I love it all. I love
the world! Sun, moon, day or night-creation is life.
I love everything in the world, animals, plants, people. Everything.

Things of
substancial importantce in my life at the moment
I have been practicing various styles of yoga since
I was eight years old. I wake up at five every day to spend an hour in my body, free from my mind, and in my divinity.
I love yoga, and meditation, and other mind body activities. I've only been surfing for a few years, but it feels so
right that I might as well have been born riding waves. It feels like truth in motion. I practice at verious studios
in Charlotesville, including studio 206, (check out their site for class schedual.) ACAC is another great place to tackle these classes.

| Two of the things that make me free. Me in Manteo, North Carolina |
Okay, so I have this problem. I have an addictive personality,
and a tendency to drink. A lot. My parents tried to get me help, but my insurance wouldn't cover any form of rehablitation.
Apparently, they just don't feel that addictions to espresso are of all that importance. Luckily, the guys at Mudhouse
helped me embrace my addiction, and see it for the life sutainer it it. They understand me there, and have helped me
along the journey from user, to full fledged abuser. They have helped me turn my life around: Before getting treatment
at Mudhouse, I used to lie, sneek out late at night, and search and scour beaches with metal detectors so that I could find money for
my next fix. Now my addiction pays my rent! Thanks Mudhouse. You have truely changed my life. I love you.
With all that I am.
